Michigan State University (MSU) College of Veterinary Medicine - Veterinary Diagnosis Laboratory does a Parathyroid Hormone and Ionized Calcium test (Order Code 20033).  The price for your vet is $42.  Per reports from members of the Calcitriol Support Group, price is about $70-$90 per for the test, including your local vet's costs for shipping and handling and markup.  Antech Labs also does this test but at a higher cost.
